How secure is your packaging?

All models are packed in a bigger, thicker (double wall) grade carton box with padding and are secured in place. I have never had any breakage or transit damage. Additionally, I take photos of the packaging before it is shipped.

When will I get my model car?

Model cars orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. I ship regular air post with tracking and signature on delivery. Delivery times vary. Australia post usually delivers within a week in Australia, unless unforeseen circumstances prevent it. International packages take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. Depending on local couriers and delivery schedules - this may vary.

How much is postage?

Free of charge (standard post) Australia wide. International freight costs vary country to country, please select your country during check out to get the estimate. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties at their delivery destination.

Can you help with taxes and duties?

Contact me upon placing an order and I will be more than happy to assist with that with special documents. I offer sending the models as a gift, which allows flexibility in workarounds regarding the import costs in your country.

Item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Every package is labelled with FRAGILE stickers and is packaged with plenty of padding inside to protect from any accidental damage. If the accident happens, please make sure to take immediate photos of the packaging inside out and send them to me, together with order number and your details.
