Refund policy

We do not consider a change of mind as a reasonable request for a refund.

If the model car received is different to what you ordered (major fault), then we offer a refund, exchange or credit towards your next purchase. Delivered model car to be shipped back to us to be inspected for re-sale.

On orders that are eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit, the customer is required to return the product, unopened, unused and may be required to pay for the return shipping.

Prestige Model Cars does not allow for order cancellations however I reserve the right to final decision on each and individual basis. For any cancelled order, there is a non-negotiable cancellation and administration fee of $100. This does not include custom built orders, special orders and already shipped model cars - no cancellations under any circumstances.
